Pricing
While we do our best to provide accurate estimates, every aquarium is unique and final pricing depends on tank size, plant density and selection, equipment selection, livestock, and long-term maintenance requirements.
Installation Pricing
Final quotes may include equipment sourcing, hardscape materials, plants, delivery, installation, and aquascaping services. We value transparency in our pricing and are happy to provide detailed cost breakdowns upon request. Livestock and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately after installation is complete.
Small (5 Gal – 20 Gal)

Clients may choose from a selection of carefully developed aquascape designs. These layouts have been refined for long-term plant health, visual appeal, and ease of maintenance.
Custom aquascape design services are currently reserved for larger installations.
Medium (21 Gal – 70 Gal)
Starting at $1500
Medium aquarium installations are built using carefully selected commercially manufactured aquariums and cabinetry. Each installation is customized to the client’s space and vision, then professionally installed and aquascaped on site for long-term beauty and ease of maintenance.
Custom-built aquariums and cabinetry are currently reserved for larger installations.
Large (71 Gal – 130 Gal)
Starting at $4000
Large aquarium installations are customized to complement the client’s space and vision, utilizing carefully selected pre-built aquariums and custom cabinetry solutions. Each aquarium is professionally installed and aquascaped on site to create a striking, natural display designed for long-term success.
Commercially manufactured and custom cabinetry options are available through our partnership with Mainstream Design Co. Custom built aquariums are reserved for XL installations
Xlarge (130 Gal+)

Extra-large installations represent our most ambitious and bespoke projects. These systems are designed around the client’s space, vision, and functional requirements, incorporating custom or commercially manufactured aquariums and cabinetry as appropriate. Each installation is professionally installed and aquascaped on site, resulting in a truly unique living display.
Custom aquariums, custom cabinetry, and architectural installations, including in-wall and built-in aquarium systems, are available through our partnership with Mainstream Design Co.
Maintenance Pricing
Maintenance requirements are unique to every aquarium. Final pricing is based on tank size, planting density, equipment complexity, livestock requirements, and visit frequency.
- Maintenance visits typically take around 2 hours, though large tanks can take.
- More frequent maintenance visits help keep aquariums healthier, cleaner, and more visually consistent over time.
- Multi-visit maintenance plans are offered at reduced per-visit pricing compared to one-time or infrequent service appointments.
- Higher-frequency plans are recommended for smaller, densely planted, high-tech, or heavily stocked aquariums requiring more consistent care.
- We might recommend additional equipment to fix certain issues. Quoted and billed separately.
- Severely neglected tanks may incur an additional $50/hr fee. This is always discussed with the client beforehand.
